1. General

By accessing or purchasing from Buscu.store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

2. Products

  • BUSCU sells baggy streetwear sets (oversized shirt + baggy shorts) in two colors: Black and Beige.

  • Future merchandise drops may be added to the store.

  • All products are displayed with final prices (VAT and worldwide shipping included).

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are placed exclusively through Buscu.store.

  • Payments are securely processed via PayPal and Stripe (including debit/credit cards accepted through these providers).

  • All prices are displayed in USD.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

  • Shipping is included in the product price. No extra charges at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by destination (see Shipping Policy).

  • Customers outside the EU may be required to pay import duties or local taxes upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only if:

    • The product arrived damaged, or

    • The wrong size was shipped by us.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers must return products to our warehouse in China.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–8 business days after inspection.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the wrong size was shipped.

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs and the new shipping fee for the replacement.

 

7. Liability

  • BUSCU is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

    • Delays caused by customs, courier strikes, or natural events

    • Losses caused by third-party courier services
