Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective, or

  • The wrong size was shipped by us.

2. Conditions

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at buscu.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China for inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–8 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the wrong size was shipped by us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Returns requested after the 14-day period.

  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
